Anthony Macaluso, Associate – Anthony Macaluso is involved in all aspects of corporate finance and merger and acquisition transactions.  Prior to joining de Visscher & Co. he was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he focused on the buy-side and sell-side of middle market transactions as well as sourcing and modeling of new business ideas for clients and private equity groups.  His prior experience includes employment at financial service firm Northwestern Mutual Life and investment banking firm Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin.

Mr. Macaluso earned a BA in Economics from Cornell University where he earned numerous awards for scholarship and athletics and was elected co-captain of the varsity football team.   He is also enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program to earn the CFA designation.
